Rob Upchurch

Co-Owner | REALTOR®

Rob Upchurch has spent his life in Troup County, where his family has been part of the community for over 125 years. He’s not just a real estate professional—he’s a neighbor, deeply connected to the people and places that make the region special. From Troup and Harris counties to towns like LaGrange, West Point, Pine Mountain, and beyond, Rob has become the go-to resource for clients throughout the area.

The local real estate market offers something truly unique—a rare blend of opportunities. While the region has seen tremendous growth, outlying areas remain pastoral, providing a chance to own farm or recreational land just minutes away from lakeside living or resort-style amenities at Callaway Gardens. Rob takes pride in helping clients explore these diverse options, whether they’re looking for a family home, a recreational retreat, or an investment property.

Rob’s own real estate journey began while he was a student at Auburn University, building and renovating homes for resale and long-term investment. What started as a personal venture quickly turned into a lifelong career, fueled by his love for solving problems and helping others achieve their goals. He is especially skilled at finding practical solutions to challenges that seem insurmountable and negotiating outcomes that benefit his clients.

As Co-Founder and Partner at RE/MAX Results, Rob has earned industry recognition as one of the top 1% of realtors internationally. His achievements include the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Circle of Legends, and Lifetime Achievement awards. But for Rob, success isn’t measured in awards—it’s about the relationships he builds. Approximately 95% of his business comes from referrals, a reflection of the trust his clients place in him and the care he brings to every transaction.

Rob’s commitment to his clients is built on a deep understanding of construction practices, a marketing degree that informs his strategic approach, and a network of trusted service providers. His focus on long-term relationships and a solutions-oriented mindset ensures that every client feels supported throughout the process.

When he’s not working, Rob enjoys the outdoors—fly fishing, hunting, and working on his farm. He also values time with his wife of 28 years, Kim, and their three children: Trevor, Payton, and Maggie, a junior at the University of Georgia. Rob is also a lifelong member of Rosemont Baptist Church, where his faith and connection to the community remain central to his life.
